Do you really use vegan products?

Yes. We use vegan products and choose them for quality and gentle ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or specific preferences, please let us know in advance.

Is a visit suitable during pregnancy or with health limitations?

In these cases, please write to us or call before booking. Some treatments may not be suitable, so we will recommend a safe and gentle alternative.

How long do the treatments take?

It depends on what you choose. The length is shown with each service and when booking, and we are happy to help you pick the option that suits you.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. For later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee may be charged under our terms and conditions.

How early should I arrive?

Ideally 10–15 minutes before your time. You will have a moment for a welcome, a short consultation and calm preparation. We recommend a light meal and plenty of fluids beforehand.

Do I have to be a guest of Le Palais hotel?

No. Our services are open to everyone with a prior booking. Le Palais hotel is simply a quiet and discreet place where we will be glad to welcome you.

Where can I park?

Right in front of the hotel, or in the hotel's underground garage. Garage parking costs CZK 50 per hour.
