How long is the voucher valid?

Twelve months from the date of purchase.

What can the voucher be used for?

It depends on the type of voucher. A value voucher for a chosen amount, which you buy on this page, can be used for any service we offer. If the treatment costs more, you pay the difference.

A voucher for a specific service, such as a particular massage or package, is valid for the service stated on it. An exchange for another service needs to be agreed with us in advance; any price difference is paid on top. Details are in ourterms and conditions.

Will the voucher arrive straight away?

Yes. Once the payment is complete, the electronic voucher is sent automatically to the e-mail address you entered.

Do you offer a printed voucher?

Yes. Besides the electronic voucher, we can prepare an elegant printed voucher for collection in person.

Can the voucher be used when booking online?

Yes, you can use the voucher when booking. If you are unsure how, get in touch and we will help you redeem it and choose a treatment.
